Halloween

Well, this year we got to be with family for Halloween! It was fun and of course Jessica and Kamiah had to be the same thing! All the big girls were Rock Stars, Wesley was a fireman and Halle was a ladybug with an Elmo treat pail that she LOVED. I still hear, "Elmo, Elmo." When she wants some candy.

Where they live they do a thing called 'beggars night' where they trick or treat on the 30th instead of the 31st. I guess it's just an old superstitious thing?? It ended up being a pretty chilly night and a little drizzly out. There weren't a lot of trick or treaters out either so many homes gave a lot of candy since not many people were coming around. Jenn, Scott's sister and I took Halle and Dallin (her son) home sooner than the rest, after awhile most of the kids came back but I guess Jessica said to kamiah, "Come on Kamiah, we're not babies! Let's keep going!" So lucky Uncle Rich got to keep going. They came back about a half hour later. The next night we went to the church for the Trunk or Treat too. Needless to say our kids have lots of candy!

I know I look lovely in the group picture! I was trying to get Wesley to stand and then hurry and get out of the picture... but by the time I got out all the picture takers were done too!
