TRRRuck

Well, since Scott has a truck, the word truck is spoken a lot at my house, which is fine if you can say truck...

Halle has a hard time making the "TR" sound and instead makes a "F" sound.  The other day we were all out having ice cream and Halle kept saying, "Daddy can I ride home with you in your [tr]uck!  I like riding in the [tr]uck!  Can I, please!"  over and over.  (Scott and I had met up there so that's why we had different vehicles.)  Scott and I would exchange chuckles and Scott said to me, "Are you teaching our daughter to have profanity laced conversations?!"  (Yeah right!  For those who don't know, I never swear!)  He started trying to teach her to say "TRRR uck"  and at first she would say the TRRR sound, and then her added sound, and then uck.  But now when she remembers, she can say, "TRRRuck"!

That's funny! When briggs was little he kept pointing and saying the f-word. It took us a while until we realized he was trying to say the word "frog." Too funny!

Haha, when Maddie was younger and she tried to say please it came out sounding like the B-word everytime.
