The other day Halle's best friend and her brother, who is Wesley's friend came over to cheer Halle up after her surgery. They were sweet and brought her a huge coloring book. They had fun and stayed for lunch. Afterward, Wesley's friend Jake said, "My friend Tate is soo strong he has a 6 pack!" My kids looking to me for help..(what's a 6 pack??) So I lifted Wesley's shirt and explained what a 6 pack is. Jake then said, "I have like, a 4 pack." Wesley looks at his stomach and says, "Are there 1 packs?" Wise friend Jake replies, "yeah, that's like one big gut!"
Good thing we have wise friends to teach us things we didn't know before!

Bwwaahhhaaa! That's what friends are for! Like that one time you me and Lisa got together to do home mani/pedi stuff (at Ricks) and the two of you just had to hang on to the "I'm 1/16 cherokee indian" comment I made by "teaching" me new ways I could apply this new-found piece of information in my life. That being 1/16 was going to be a life changer...do you remember that? The two of you were laughing hysterically and all I could do was roll my eyes. We can always count on friends to chip in with the best advise (as useless as it may be)! LOL
